For Yanis and his wife, it all began with a bond of affection forged through their mothers’ childhood friendship. In 2016, at a wedding, that long-standing promise gently set fate in motion.

That evening, they met. It was a defining, suspended moment, like the first note waiting for the rest of the melody to follow. Then time passed. Between them, the connection remained subtle, as they went through their successes, their travels, and those updates we follow from afar, with discretion, on social media.

It was in 2022 that their story took on a whole new dimension. One evening, while watching a sports event, a conversation began. This time, it never stopped. What had previously been just a hunch gradually became clear.

In 2024, under the skies of Bali, their story takes a new turn. A marriage proposal seals their bond. After the excitement of that moment comes the joy of choosing the piece of jewelry that will serve as a lasting memento. That’s when the world of Myrtille becomes an integral part of their story.

Yanis discovered our Brand his wife’s eyes, and very quickly, something clicked: the world of Myrtille Beck and the spirit of its jewelry seemed just right to accompany such a precious moment.

Throughout this process, Yanis was guided by our dear Marie, whom he thanked with great emotion. He recalls her guidance as being exceptionally thoughtful—patient, precise, and deeply reassuring. Thanks to her, this often stressful moment becomes a more serene experience. Step by step, she guides him toward choosing the perfect piece of jewelry. His heart is then won over by the Iris XS ring, in rose gold, set with brilliant white diamonds. A delicate and luminous creation, chosen as the symbol of this promise of love.
