The gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, can be used in the shop or on our website and are valid on all our products. Each card is personalised with the first & last name of the person for whom it is intended and those of the person who is offering it.
A physical gift card will be sent to the delivery address mentioned with its packaging to be slipped under the tree, among the birthday gifts or just in the mailbox of the recipient. For any special request, please specify your needs in the comment area at the end of the order.
Our gift cards are not refundable, even partially, for any reason whatsoever (including theft, loss, damage or expiry), nor are they exchangeable, nor may they be transferred or reproduced. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
