Article 1 - Purpose

The present general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales made on the Internet site myrtillebeck.com of the products offered by Myrtille BeckParis, France to the buyers having the quality of consumers and specify the conditions of order, payment, delivery and management of possible returns of products ordered by the Customers.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are made available to Customers on the myrtillebeck.com website where they can be directly consulted.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are enforceable against the Customer who declares having read and accepted them by ticking the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" before implementing the online ordering procedure.

Myrtille BeckParis reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In case of modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable are those in force at the date of validation of the order. It is therefore up to the Customer to refer to them each time an order is validated.

The nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by Myrtille Beck shall not constitute a waiver on its part of the application of this or these clauses or the other clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which continue to produce their effects.

Article 2 - Presentation of products

The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on myrtillebeck.com in the E-Shop section inside each of the product sheets. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on myrtillebeck.com could however differ from the actual colors under the effect of the Internet browser and the screen used. 

The responsibility of the company,Myrtille Beck Paris cannot be held liable if errors have been introduced. All the texts and images presented on the site of the companyMyrtille Beck, Paris, are reserved, for the whole world, under the royalties and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 - Period of validity of offers for sale:

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail and the order will be refunded as soon as possible.

Article 4 Product prices

The "E-Shop" section of our site indicates the prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer. Although the company,Myrtille Beck Paris strives to verify the accuracy of the information published on its site, it provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability and completeness of this information. The company,Myrtille Beck Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The company, PMyrtille Beckaris does not guarantee the price of a product before an order confirmation is issued by its services, thus indicating the existence of a binding sales contract. If the correct price of a product is higher than the price displayed on the site, we will contact you to obtain your acceptance before confirmation of the order. If you do not return your order, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.

Article 5 - Order

The customer validates his order when he activates the Confirm your order link at the bottom of the Order Summary page after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct his possible errors.
The company,Myrtille Beck Paris confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and information about the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the company,Myrtille Beck Paris constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company,Myrtille Beck Paris in the conditions and legal deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations Department.

Article 6 - Terms of payment

The payment of orders is made via Paypal or credit card via our partner Payplug, or Oney. Orders are sent only after verification and acceptance of payment by these platforms.

Article 7 - Delivery

When ordering, you must fill in your full address, as well as any additional information required for delivery (valid telephone number, entrance code, intercom, building, floor, staircase etc...).

• If you have chosen the option, Withdrawal in the shop, you will be able to withdraw your purchase, with an ID card, from Tuesday to Saturday within a maximum of 10 days, the shop being open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 to 18:00.
• If you place your order on Sunday, with the option Withdrawal in the shop, you will only be able to pick it up the following Tuesday from 12:30 pm.
• Shipments to France are made either by Colissimoor by Declared Value according to the nature of the products purchased. Delays can vary from 2 to 5 days.
• Shipments outside France are made by Declared Value or Colissimodepending on the nature of the products purchased. Delays vary between 2 and 10 days depending on the countries or addresses of destination.
• The tracking number will be emailed to you after sending.
• Any customs and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• You will be able to track your package by indicating its shipping number on its respective site: www.laposte.fr, www.colissimo.fr. 

 

Problems of delivery:

The company,Myrtille Beck Paris is in no way responsible for delays that may be caused by mail.

Any defect or delay in delivery of more than eight working days must be reported to us as soon as possible by calling +33 1 40 23 99 84 or by email in the contact us section of the site. Any complaint made after thirty days after the date of validation of your order will not be taken into account.

You will have to check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery. In case of problem (open package, damaged etc..) you must report it on the delivery note and contact Customer Service by email or by phone.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in the article Return and refund.

Article 8 - Return and refund

The customer has a period of seven clear days from the date of delivery to return the product, the cost of return being at his expense. The customer will then be reimbursed for the price of the product within one month of receipt by the company Myrtille Beck, Paris. He can also ask for an exchange of the product.
However, products returned incomplete, worn, scratched, tangled, damaged or soiled, products on sale, personalized orders will not be taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded.

These are considered to be custom orders:

• All jewellery ordered with an engraving.
• Any jewel ordered in a specific gold colour is not in stock.
• Any jewel ordered with a stone chosen by the customer.
• All jewellery made to measure or semi made to measure.
• Any jewellery ordered in a specific size or length outside our standard sizes.

Article 10 - Applicable law, disputes

The present general conditions of sale are subject to French law whatever the country of delivery, in case of legal dispute, only French courts will be competent. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the Customer and the Company,Myrtille Beck Paris undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution.
The nullity or the illicit nature of one of the clauses of the present general conditions of sale will not entail the nullity of the said conditions; the clause to be inserted in replacement of the cancelled one will be the one in force.
