Returns and Refunds

The buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal, the return costs being borne by the buyer. Any returned item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any item damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. The returned item will be refunded, and shipping costs will be deducted. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days at the latest following the date on which the right of retraction has been exercised. After seven days, any item delivered will be considered as accepted by the customer and in accordance with his order and can no longer be returned, refunded or exchanged. In the event of an error by the company, any item sent to the buyer by mistake may be returned for an exchange or refund, in which case the return costs will be borne by the company.

In case of an exchange, the shipping costs of the new item will be borne by the company.
Once the return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to the buyer to notify him/her of the receipt of the return, he/she will be informed of the approval or rejection of his/her request for a refund.
For a refund: the buyer will be refunded by the same means as the one used to make the purchase.
