When ordering, you must fill in your full address, as well as the additional information necessary for delivery (valid telephone number, entrance code, intercom, building, floor, staircase etc...).


If you have chosen the option, Withdrawal in the shop, you will be able to withdraw your purchase, with an ID card, from Tuesday to Saturday within a maximum of 10 days, the shop being open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 to 18:00.
If you place your order on Sunday, with the option Withdrawal in the shop, you will only be able to pick it up the following Tuesday from 12:30 pm.
Shipments in France are made either by Colissimo or by Declared Value depending on the nature of the products purchased. Delivery times can vary from 2 to 5 days.
Shipments outside France are made by Declared Value or Colissimo, depending on the nature of the products purchased and their destination.

Delays vary between 2 and 10 days depending on the country or the destination address.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after sending.
Possible customs and other charges are at the buyer's expense.
You will be able to track your package by indicating its shipping number on its respective site: www.laposte.fr, www.colissimo.fr.


Delivery charges depend on the type of delivery selected.

You can also pick up your purchases for free in the shop.
Shipments are delivered against signature.
Usual delivery times vary between 2 and 5 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility to return it at your own expense, and to request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt,

Any defect or delay in delivery of more than eight working days must be reported to us as soon as possible at +33 1 40 23 99 84 or by email in the contact us section of the site. Any claim made after thirty days after the date of validation of your order will not be taken into account.

You will have to check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery. In case of problem (open package, damaged etc..) you must report it on the delivery note and contact Customer Service by email or by phone.
